About the Attorneys

Cristine A. Finck, Esq.

I am born and raised in Michigan.  I lived mostly in the suburbs of Detroit, but for a short time, also lived in the resort town of Ludington on beautiful Lake Michigan.  I graduated from the University of Michigan with a Bachelor of Science degree in 1995.

I went on to obtain by law degree from Michigan State University College of Law, where I graduated with Cum Laude honors in 1998.  Shortly after my graduation, Ryan and I moved to sunny Florida, got married and began practicing law.

For the first 25 years of my career, I focused on helping individuals who needed Bankruptcy assistance. I always enjoyed standing beside and guiding my clients as we worked to give them the fresh start that they needed. Since then, I have transitioned to assisting our firm in focusing it’s practice solely on Estate Planning, Deeds, and Probate matters.

Ryan B. Finck, Esq.

I am originally from Buffalo, New York.

I graduated from college with a dual Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Anthropology from the State University of New York at Buffalo.

I moved to Clearwater, Florida in late 1998 and have lived in either Pinellas or Pasco county ever since.

Both my father and grandfather were attorneys.

I was proud to keep that family tradition alive by becoming a lawyer myself in 1998.

After graduating, Cum Laude, from Michigan State University College of Law, I became licensed to practice law in both the states of New York and Florida.
I have practiced primarily in Hernando, Pasco, and Pinellas counties since early 1999.

While I've practiced for years in Real Estate (from Contracts to In-House Closings and Title Insurance), Leases, Foreclosures, and Evictions. My primary focus is on assisting clients in matters involving Estate Planning, such as Wills, Trusts and Probate.
